The Pre-Trail Conference

Held about 12 – 14 weeks after the Conciliation Conference, the Pre-Trial Conference determines whether or not the case can still be settled through negotiations. An agreement can still be reached at this stage and the Settlement prepared and signed. However, if there is still no agreement the Registrar will progress the case to the Final Hearing.
